Due to COVID-19, deliveries across the country are experiencing delays as important safety measures from the post office, including physical distancing, means it takes longer for them to process heavy parcel volumes. Please allow some time for the post office to process your parcel.

In some regions, the tracking page on for your order may not update for up to 1-2 weeks. The tracking page may display "Shipment picked up by Canada Post" during this time. This is caused by a backlog of parcels in that region.

The post office will advise you to simply wait out any delays while they work on delivering the parcels. There is nothing that can be done to expedite the process — rest assured that your parcel will be delivered eventually.
